Stop by the home of the world's most famous mouse in 'Mickey Toontown Fair' and have a look at where the big cheese actually lives. Take a thrill ride across the galaxy on' Space Mountain', explore the ghostly happenings at the Haunted Mansion, or prepare to get wet with Brer Rabbit and friends on 'Splash Mountain'. Do try and catch one of the wonderful parades featuring some of your favorite Disney characters, and don't come home before you've seen the fireworks high above Cinderella Castle. It's a long day but an absolute must!

We stayed at the Mouse House for 11 days in February 2010, and what a fabulous holiday we had. The villa is very spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated.
It's also in an ideal location, only 5 minutes drive from shops, supermarkets & restaurants and only 20-30 minutes drive to the Disney theme parks.
I've already recommended the villa to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use the villa again when we next return to Florida.
All communications with the owners (Karen & John) were excellent and the couple who run the property management company looking after the villa also provided excellent service.
We'd initially planned to stay in a hotel but having stayed at the villa, we've realised that it's a no-brainer to choose a villa over a hotel, especially if you have kids or an extend group of people.
In summary I cannot recommend this property enough. I would have liked the weather to be a smidge warmer, but I guess Karen & John don't have much say in that matter.

Lovely villa, having a great time, like your improvements and a fantastic pool.
The villa was spotless on arrival - It is the first time we have not had to buy tea towels!
Your management team look after it very well. The last villa we stopped in although appearing very grand could only be described as grubby and we spent the first two days cleaning it up. Yours on the other hand is faultless. We would very much like to return next year.
Highlands Golf Course seem to have put their prices up but Ridgewood Lakes and Legends are still about $30 and worth a visit.
We have had record high temps one day in the 90's so used the pool a lot!

Even though the weather was a little mixed we had a fab time. The villa was excellent, we have stayed in many villas but this has to be the cleanest. From the quality of the furnishings to the hot tub we would recommend to family and friends. Property Management Services: Pool Care

Orlando Vacation Villa Rentals through our parent company, Phoenix Property Services offer pool care services that allows the customer and their guests the ability to enjoy their pool the way it was meant to be enjoyed.

Our Pool Care Service includes 4 weekly visits per month:

A complete check of chemical levels in swimming pool, spa / hot tub
Checking all swimming pool, spa / hot tub equipment
Clean all baskets and bags
Brush, skim, net and/or vacuum to remove debris from swimming pool, spa / hot tub
Check pump, filter, time clocks, temperature, clean filter as needed
Add chlorine / bromine tablets to floater
Add chlorine and/or acid to swimming pool, spa / hot tub
Notifying owner of any swimming pool and/or spa / hot tub problems

Phoenix Property Services will repair damaged equipment related to the pool including but not limited to pumps, filters, piping, heaters, chlorinators, pressure gauges, and flow meters. Do note that repair prices are given on a case-to-case basis.
